How to optimize Apache 2.2, with which 1C 8.3 is published?

Apache HTTP Server

After restarting Apache, 1C works fine for 5-6 hours, then it starts to slow down.
Can this be fixed?

It can be indirectly corrected, not a solution to the problem, but a working crutch. Write a cmd file that shuts down Apache and starts it up again. And add cmd to the task scheduler with a launch every 5 hours ..

I did that, but I can’t install it more often than once, users get nervous when their session hangs up during Apache restart.
