How to optimize a request to SOAP of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation?

The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has its own SOAP (a rather large reference book), however, there are sections where there is no search or any optimized query tools.

That is, one request takes 5 seconds (500 records). With 430 requests, we get 35 minutes.
Implemented caching, but RPi3 periodically falls off such a load.
