How to open terminal in open file directory in PhpStorm?

I'm using phpstorm on windows I'm using gitbash
as a terminal
I'd like to be able to run the terminal in the folder of the open file, not just in the project folder,
getting to the right directory with cd is expensive.

you just open a terminal in the idea and drag the desired file / directory into it.
