How to open .shfbproj file?

Greetings. The other day I began to study smfl.net and came across problems with the documentation. It should be said that I am not a software developer and I am not studying it, so writing documentation, version control, etc. for me, those are still wilds, in which, to be honest, there is no desire or time to understand. The standard documentation on the site is written for pluses, and some things with C # are quite different, and in other sources there is either a repetition of Wikipedia, or tutorials like "Do it like me and it will work." So, in the folder with sfml itself, I found a file with the .shfbproj extension. Googling realized that this is what I need, but there was a problem with opening this format. There is SHFB on the github, but I can’t figure out how to open this file with it, and as such I didn’t find installation instructions, apparently just installing with some kind of executable file does not work there. I would be glad if someone gives a link to the normal documentation or help with viewing the contents of files of this format. Please do not beat me with sticks for a question like "I'm too lazy, help me", I hope for the help of knowledgeable people. Good luck :)
