How to open sfx archive?

There is an installer that contains batch files written in PowerSHell and completed in an sfx archive (exe file), how can these batch files be pulled out?

Change the extension to zip and try opening.
If it does not work out, then the mentioned 7Zip opens many different "executables" as archives (although not so long ago it stopped opening some installers, but these are already nuances).
Or run with the /? or -?, suddenly issue a certificate of use. And there you can unpack.
