How to open QtCipherSqlite database?

I compiled the Qt sqldriver plugin as indicated in the post https://habrahabr.ru/post/216739.
For some reason, it worked for me only when building the dll library only in the "Debug" mode in QtCreator-e. (Maybe someone knows why this happened?)
Copied the library "sqlitecipherd.dll" to the folder "C:\Qt\Qt5.7.0\5.7\mingw53_32\plugins\sqldrivers" Run the
test case as indicated in the post. Everything works - the database is created and opened. But is there any program to open, view and edit such a database? I tried 2 programs:
1) DB Browser for SQLite
2) SQLiteManager
But none of them is able to open the encrypted database. Are there programs to open such a database?
