How to open "minimize all windows.scf" file via bat?

How to fix?

I have it running without help start.
If you use start, then the first parameter of this command in quotes is considered as the title of a new window in which the called command will be launched (it will work only for a console command called without the key /b). Therefore, you should use it
instead (you can optionally specify a non-empty window title).
