How to open media from instagram explore page in python?

Using Selenium I open an explore page, but how do I click on recommended videos and photos? I want to implement the ability to open a video or photo in turn, like and comment, and then move on to the next post. I open explore the instagram page using browser.get(' https://www.instagram.com/explore/ '), and then I don’t know how. Any ideas?

Find the photos / videos you need. Call the click() method on those elements.
