How to open localhost on Win10 which is in VirtualBox?

There is Ubuntu 14.04 and there is Virtualbox with Win10, I want to open localhost in Windows for testing in IE.
On Ubuntu I use Browsersync and sites open on localhost:3008. How to do the same only in Windows, which is in a virtual machine?
I tried forwarding ports, but nothing happened.
I set the settings like this:

try looking at the IP in the connection information and in the virtual machine substitute this IP instead of localhost. In the opposite direction (local server in a virtual machine - viewing on a working OS) works

I couldn't open 192.168.10.10 in homestead.
In VirtualBox -\u003e File -\u003e Host Network Manager, checked the DHCP checkbox with the initial port 192.168.10.1 and it worked.
