How to open local files by clicking?

Hello!
I worked on php storm 4.0.3, I decided to try the new version (2017.3.6), and found that when you click on a file in the remote host window, a non-local version opens (as I understand it, you need to press f4 to open the local version)
is it possible how then set up a storm so that, like in version 4, you could double-click to open a local file when you click on a file in Remote Host?
That is, I clicked to download the file, clicked right there on it, opened the local one, edited it, clicked to upload it to the server
