How to open https links in FMX DELPHI?

Hello, I'm trying to open links at https, in win xp64 when creating an exe with adding libraries, everything works. Is there anything for android about this? and then through the Webbrowser, if you open it, you won’t get a response from the server. Https is needed for Get Post requests.
