How to open files in Anaconda?

the question is: I need to open a file from a computer through Anaconda. I enter the command:
cd C:\Users\folder\file.py/ in response I get the following: [WinError 267] The folder name is incorrect:
why is this, and how to fix the situation?! Tell me please))
