How to open files by default through sublime text 3?

Good afternoon, I put the code, now all styles are opened by default through the code, I click on the styles file, I click open with > other, I select the sublime, the file opens, but does not apply to all files of this extension, they still open through the code. Who knows how to stir up the default sublime in the poppy axis?
