How to open decompiled jd-gui code for Eclipse?

How to properly decompile apk file for android. In general, I decompiled apk. And how now to import it into eclipse? The decompiled apk looks like groups of folders containing .smali files. And it doesn't work to import. I already installed jd-eclipse in Eclipse but still can't figure it out.
Preferably in more detail. P.S. i need it for linux

The tutorial is old, maybe you need to find something else. But the fact is that the android has a slightly different VM (Dalvik) and smali must first be converted to the usual bytecode.
