How to open an external application on a second monitor from Delphi?

Hello everyone,
there are two monitors, primary + secondary. The Delphi program should launch the external application (Chrome browser) twice, both in Maximize mode, but open the first application on the primary monitor, and the second on the secondary.
How to do it?
