How to open an explorer from far with the focus on the desired file?

Good afternoon.
You need to do the following:
We stand on the desired file in Far, do something - we open an explorer window with focus on the file that had focus in Far.

I used to do this: I got up in far on the desired file, pressed ctrl + G, there I already had the command "explorer / select,!.!" It worked almost always (in ~10% it happened that the explorer opens but there is no focus on any file).
My method is not applicable now, because the corporate antivirus says that I am an evil violator, and so on.
Maybe someone knows other ways to accomplish the task?
