How to open an ASP.net project?

I found a ready-made project , but since I have never worked with visual studio and asp.net in general before, I don’t understand how to bring it into working form in order to see the code / database / the site itself. Can I have a little guide? Opened the project in the studio through the command: open -> website. I didn’t find the base, but maybe there is some kind of migrations in the Laravel framework for php. And if not, is there any way to find out the structure of the database from the code?
