How to open access to IIS?

Hello! I just can't forward the port to IIS or there is some other problem that I don't know about... There is an external ip and a pfsense firewall. In the NAT settings, I forwarded the port to the site, within the local network (from another virtual machine) by ip everything opens as it should ... Please tell me, maybe somehow IIS does not work on the external IP, does it need to be adjusted somehow? In the nat settings, I'm sure, since forwarding RDP, FTP works as it should. Thanks in advance

What bindings are configured? The bindings must be configured with your external IP.
And port 80 (or 443) must be externally forwarded to your server.
