Hello, I have a website and a business that has an IEN (US tax number) and in the same place in the USA I pay taxes as a good person! (but I am not a US citizen myself)
I need to make a payment on my website via Paypal and as you understand, US Paypal is needed for this!
How to do it more correctly in terms of opening a Paypal account??
I also want to note that my monthly turnover is up to $ 2 million and I need to make sure that the money is converted from the Paypal account to my bank (for example, VTB where I opened an account in $ using my tax IEN number =) so that in Russia I would know that I I'm a good person and I pay taxes in the USA :)

Unfortunately, you didn't specify in your question what company you have and what country the bank account is in.
But if by IEN you meant EIN, I can assume that we are talking about US LLC. You will need an account in the USA. Also with a large share chances are you will have to verify the physical presence of the company in the US (especially if the account is managed from another country.
