I'm trying to open an old site, it is written in windows-1251 encoding, the table in mysql is also windows-1251. But instead of the text one questions.

pss your server gives in UTF-8 format , take a closer look at the right side in the
psss screenshot, use UTF-8 . It's good to be perverted

The issue is resolved, the hosting had a php version and Apache 5.2 installed the same one and it helped
