How to open a local project with another ubuntu pc by IP?

My local project is set to
127.0.0.1 access.local

How can I open it from another PC on the same wifi?

here is the config


On the other PC in hosts I put
10.110.1.34 access.local

But nothing works

tweak your project so that it listens on interface 10.110.1.34, not just 127.0.0.1.

Is the firewall turned off?
Pings go? What will open - if you just drive in the ip of the project in the browser?
