How to not open Internet Explorer when redirecting to WebBrowser?

I made authorization for VK, there is a form with WebBrowser in which authorization takes place. When redirecting to oauth.vk.com/blank.html, I remember the token and close the form. Everything works fine on the desktop, but when I upload it to the virtual machine, when I redirect to oauth.vk.com/blank.html, Internet Explorer opens, although the authorization in the form has already passed. It turns out that authorization occurs twice, because of which IE can open?
