How to move unlocated space from logical drive to hard drive layout root?

I just want to install windows next to ubuntu, I allocated a place for windows, but now I need to move the allocated space to the root of the disk.

You can't "move free space", but you can reduce the size of /dev/sda2. I don't remember exactly, but try looking for Partition -> Resize or something like that if you want to use gparted.
