How to move UI objects through a script?

Hello! I need to move UI objects through the script, but they won't move, I think it's because of the GameObject .
Please advise how this can be implemented.

Just like all other objects. Unless, of course, you are trying to compete with another script, for example, some HorizontalLayout.
