How to move the Yandex maps balloon relative to the map borders?

Good evening!
Markers are displayed on the map in different places. When you click on the label, a balloon is displayed. The map is not centered after clicking on the label. Is it possible to shift the balloon output for all labels to one place?

Yandex api has an option:
balloonOffset: [0, 0]
but this is an offset relative to the label, this is not suitable.

Another example in the sandbox is the "Sidebar on the map" https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/jsbox/2.1/sidebar
but I didn't want to complicate it and do it through a balloon.
