How to move the selected block?

In one of the video tutorials on Youtube, I saw how the author, when refactoring, selects a block of text and moves it up / down in the text.

Please tell me how is it done?

You can simply delete and paste
. Press "v", then select the block with arrows, then "d" - delete, then "p" - insert.
or
d5d - deletes 5 lines at once, then "p".
