How to move the pause menu in front of objects?

Hello. Can you please tell me how to move the pause menu before falling prefabs? The fact is that when you press the pause, if there is a falling object (prefab) in the place where the menu opens, then it is in front of the menu and overlaps it. if on the computer in Unity this menu is still visible and the buttons are clickable, even when overlapping, then on the phone this menu does not appear at all.
