How to move a site to another CMS?

At work, I was given the task to transfer the site from some incomprehensible CMS to WP. They just gave me a link to the site. No sources, no instructions on how to clean it from the garbage of the current CMS (they didn’t say which one). How to do this at all? Just Ctrl+S and dig through the code? Well, okay, this is one page, but there are 4-5 of them. Just download each one and try to somehow sort all the files into folders in the hope of creating a file structure?
