How to move a site to a clean database?

You need to make a new site with content transfer. How to solve this problem?

Description of the situation: The

database has errors. You need to transfer 1K records to the site from a new database (or treat the database, which is already a headache... but there is not enough knowledge).

Plugin "Dublicator" did not help, the database error was transferred to the "new" site.

There are two options here:
1. Create a VP and transfer everything there on the hosting itself.
2. Create a VI on the server on the PC.

In the first option:

1. Create a domain.
2. Install the VI.
3. Copy content by hand, upload photos.

The question is, how to change the url of the site domain with a database bat to the url of the newly created domain?

The second option is more complicated. Here the question is which server is more simple and adapted for VP.
