How to move a site from a local server to another local server?

Hello!
I use the local server OPEN SERVER for work. I have several sites on it + several sites on CMS Wordpress, Open cart, Joomla, Woocommerce. There are quite a lot of plugins on these CMS, scripts that were assembled in parts and use the database in their work.
Guys, I have this question:
I need to transfer these sites to another computer to another OPEN SERVER or XAMPP, how can I do this? What to do with the database? And in general, how to transfer everything from one PC to another without losing data so that everything is safe and sound? I will be grateful for every answer. Thanks guys!
