There was a problem when transferring a site on joomla to another server.
An acquaintance of the client gave him a place on the server. Gave access to ISPmanager.

The domain has been delegated. Transferred as standard - unloaded the database, imported it to a new server.
Then I transferred all the site files through the file manager. In the config, I changed everything necessary: ​​user, database, pass, path to logs and tmp.

The site never worked. When entering it writes:

Site %sitename% just created.
Real content coming soon.

And a link to the ISPmanager panel.

Tell me, please, what to do with all this?
Am I missing a step, or is the problem something else?

If everything is exactly in place everywhere, try deleting index.html in the root of the site -)) (not .php, namely .html)
