How to move a cell with a comment to the pivot?

There is a table for all employees with their mistakes. Each individual leaf is a day of the month. There is a summary in which you can select a specific employee and see all his errors for the month (which are pulled up from those sheets), but the problem is that the comment or note is not transferred. Can this be done at all?
