How to mount several directories in Linux into one directory, for example /home and /user?

How to mount several directories in Linux in one directory, for example /home and /user
, we have a disk near the disk, for example, there is a free partition and I would like the /home and /user folders to be on this second partition and Linux to access them when necessary to rearrange Linux, then its main partition could be rearranged where the root is, and the /home and /user folders would lie in another partition and remain intact

Do not touch /usr until you understand what it is and what it is for. Unless, of course, you want to practice installing the system...

colleagues, and here /usr? we are talking about / user - read carefully
everything is very simple in fstab, write that the second disk partition / dev / sda2 (for example) is mounted in the / home folder,
then this entire folder with all / user in it will lie on the second section of the screw.
