How to mount lbook V3 under linux?

There is "lbook V3 ext", kernel 2.6.11.7, firmware V1.27U.080919.
When connected via USB without an SD card under Windows, everything works correctly (the built-in “removable disk” of 512MB is visible), but it cannot be mounted under Linux. It was not possible to get an answer on the forum and from support, although the problem is outrageous: the book works on Linux, and at the same time is compatible with Windows and is not compatible with Linux.
When connected with an inserted SD card under Linux, the contents of the card are mounted without problems.
I am aware that there are many newer firmwares, but after reading changes on them, I did not see a fix for this particular problem, and discussion of new glitches in new firmware on the forum discouraged the desire to update "at random".
If you have “out of the box” access to the built-in memory under linux on lbook V3, please tell me the firmware version.

@powerman

The problem is solved - it was necessary to enable CONFIG_SCSI_MULTI_LUN in the kernel.

I have Lbook V3 or V3 + (not ext), I don’t remember exactly, the book is not with me now. In Linux, the built-in memory and the card are mounted at the same time, which annoys me a lot. I do not use the built-in memory, because it is much less than 512 MB there.
I did not try to connect to USB without a memory card. The firmware was updated in October to the latest.
