How to mount / in netatalk Volume

How to mount the / partition so that the user who connects has root rights ?
I tried like this:

/ "Root Filesystem" allow: @sudo rwlist: @sudo options:noadouble

It connects, but there is no listing of folders below level 1.

Isn't it easier for the user to use sudo or su?
