How to mount hdd not as root?

Good time of the day. I decided to use the second hdd in the laptop and hung up. The HDD was formatted, it is visible in the system, but only user root can write to it. How to mount the hdd so that the user, for example vasia, has write permissions to it?

chown user:group /mountpoint/
well, there are mount optionsgid=ownerGroupID,uid=ownerID
