How to monitor multiple VPS in a single panel?

What program or web service can monitor the load on the network card on 100 VPS (or dedicated servers) at once.
So that you can see which VPS currently have Internet activity, and which do not. I would like a simple tabular view like this.

I imagine it like this: a program file is uploaded to each VPS to connect this VPS to a single dashboard and the data is constantly fed to the dashboard. In addition to monitoring the load on the Internet channel, it would be great if the service also monitored the load on the processor and RAM.
