How to minify individual bundles in Webpack?

I am faced with the task of building a project using Webpack. In the assembly, you must have the usual assembled bundle and its minified version. It would seem that a trivial solution could be to run the assembly separately for development without minification and for production with minification. But for me this is not the best solution.
Can this be solved somehow using the UglifyJsPlugin? If so, how?
