How to mimic ie on linux?

Locally, I need to open a fedora site under ie, install a virtual machine and Windows on it "well, such a" solution, just for the sake of the ie browser. Maybe there is an easier way?

Use any web service with IE. For example: https://www.browserling.com/internet-explorer-testing

Doesn't this work for you? Do you need a full-fledged browser with js and scrolling?

A virtual machine is quite simple compared to other solutions.

wine
kvm and Windows in it - I personally have such a solution for everything that is "only for windows", and this is actually a lot of things - admin equipment, monitoring ...
