How to migrate website to opencart?

Such a problem: I copied the site on OPENCART from one server to another. The domain is new.
Changed all settings in config.php. Not a single mention of the old domain. Including changed in /admin/config.php
In .htaccess I changed everything that was with the old domain to the new domain.
The domain is working, info.php is displayed, for example.
But /index.php gives an error:

Firefox has determined that the server is redirecting the request to this address in such a way that it will never complete.

Just a domain root request - redirects to the old domain. /admin - also throws an error.
Fundamentally changed everything. Even Google and Yandex validation files.
Where else to dig in opencart?

Opencart doesn't redirect anywhere by default.
Most likely, they messed up somewhere in .htaccess.
Try to open some static file, will there be a redirect?
