How to migrate posts using wordpress database?

Good afternoon. We made a new design for the site, respectively, a new layout and a new landing, because the old site worked too poorly. But there are a lot of entries. Can you please tell me the best way to transfer them so that everything works correctly?

Easy option:
1) Tools -- Export - Posts (on the old site)
2) Tools -- Import -- Posts (on the new site)
Slightly more difficult option:
Download and install the WP All in One Export plugin (on the old site) and WP All in One Import (on the new one). Export to xml and import.
Slightly complicated option:
Move the wp_posts wp_postmeta table to the database of the new site + move the media files into folders in wp-content
