In the exchange administration center there is a migration item. The necessary migration is created there and a file with usernames and passwords is fed to it.
The file format is csv

An important nuance. In the documentation, when translated into Russian, files are also translated, such files will not work. Caps must be in English.
When setting up, you can use a small hack. When configuring the exchange online domain, you specify mx with a low priority in relation to the Yandex mx. Plus, in addition to the sfp record, enter the exchange online data. So you will have a new mail and the old in parallel. Those. letters will come to Yandex, be sent from both servers, after the letters arrive at Yandex, after a while they will be synchronized with the above migration package (it does not stop after the data transfer, but continues to pump new ones). After that, when all the questions are sorted out, change the priorities of mx records.
