How to migrate from one CMS to another?

Hello dear users. There was a need to change the site engine from cms joomla to drupal or wordpress. The question is, how to competently make a migration? How not to lose the position of the site in the issue, links to pages, and other things related to SEO. Has anyone had such an experience?

1) Save layout. Or at least bring it as close as possible to the original. Although if it is not perfect, then you can improve it at the same time.
2) Save urls. If it is not possible, then set up a page-by-page redirect from old pages to new ones.
3) If the URLs still change, delete the old URLs from the Yandex and Google webmaster panels.
This is at least. In general, the transfer to a new engine can be combined with the improvement of the site structure and rework it.

Joomla on drupal - an awl for soap. There is another such thing . Or create exactly the same page structure with the same urls. If joomla had them ugly, then make a 301 redirect from the old pages to the corresponding new ones. Mustache.

Unfortunately, there is no such way ready. It all depends on what was used in the djml as SEF and whether it was used at all. I do not think that the changed page structure will greatly affect the loss of the rank. It might even improve. Yes, and what is the point of moving to another kms and that everything would be the same as on Joomla.
But there will be a problem with urls. You will need to write a small PHP script that will parse the url that is not found, and compose a new one, and child-detect with a 301 code. Since you know all your old links and new ones, this can be done since the link is just a pattern. You can break it down and understand what it was, and where to send it now. Maybe not straight page to page, but at least from section to section.

With Typo3 you will sleep more peacefully.
Save content and linking.
Don't care about layout. Moved over several times.
