How to migrate an AD RMS role between nodes?

Good afternoon.
I need to move the AD RMS role from a physical host to a virtual one. WIndows Server 2012R2 on both the source host and the target host.
What is the easiest/best way to do this? With minimal downtime?
I could not find a guide suitable for the situation. Only migration between windows versions...
