How to migrate a site to HTTPS on CloudFlare?

Can you tell me how to get HTTPS in CloudFlare? I set everything up as it should, but the "lock" icon or the green URL did not appear in the address bar. I want to transfer the site to HTTPS, since CloudFlare has been turned on.
