How to migrate a project with yii2 framework?

Hello! I am a system administrator and I inherited a web server (ws_0) with 4 sites on board.
Now I need to transfer all these sites to another web server (ws_1), which is running VestaCP.
ws_0 uses composer and yii2 framework. How can I transfer all sites with minimal downtime as simply and correctly as possible?
I am very confused by yii2 and the installed libraries, as far as I have read, it is installed separately on the site and registered in the configs.
