Perhaps there is some software on Github. You need to connect several disks of 15 GB each to get one big one. When uploading to the server, files will be split into parts, and when uploaded back they will be put together.

Google Drive is not about what you want at all. It would be ideal for you to pay for file hosting with file access appropriate for your needs.
Google Drive provides access to data indirectly through its API system. You cannot control either the speed of work or the portioning of the data. The service also does not provide the power and space for data layout.
