How to merge custom post types with standard WordPress "Posts"?

Created on the new custom post types to import news from the old site. Now I don't need these divisions. Is it possible to merge and how custom post types with standard ones?

Export custom posts via WP All Export to csv || xlsx
And then using WP All Import import into the site as records
