How to measure the load of the Internet channel by various services in Windows 7?
An Internet channel with a width of 2 Mbps was provided, connected via a router via a 100 Mbps interface on Windows 7 Pro. It is required to calculate the channel load over time by various applications and services. There are suspicions that the channel is missing, but how to confirm this? Performance counters "Bytes/s" on the network interface show 50-300 KB/s during the day. Are there other third-party measurement tools to confirm the results of the built-in tools?

Write down the traffic during the day, for example, using tcpdump and then you can calculate the speed. Or display it for example in wireshark. If the bandwidth during peak hours is equal to the maximum -> you should increase the bandwidth
