How to match the scale of the win(10) system and the browser?

I'm a Pixel Perfect layout designer, and I've encountered a problem more than once - when you open a page with layout at 100% browser scale, everything looks wrong. This is scary, because you immediately think that your site looks like this everywhere until you check with devtools. By default my browser puts 75%, win10 system settings recommend 125% scale. Now the recommendations have changed, now it’s 150%. I set it, but what scale should I set the browser to display the content correctly? 75%? Or maybe 50%? What's the math here?

No math. This is normal system behavior. The fact that the user has a scale of 75% is his preference, this implies that the site will look at 75% of the main scale. You adjusted it for someone, that is, in fact, made all sizes larger. And if the person as a whole is more comfortable when all sites look smaller?
